Mindset
1. Iteration Over Perfection: Learn my core philosophy. THIS is the mindset of a successful entrepreneur. In the Club, there are no failures. There are only iterations.
2. Committing to a Strategy: What doesn't work is hopping from one trendy strategy to another. In the Club, you're going to take 3 months to focus one ONE strategy before deciding it "doesn't work" for you.
3. Mindset & Clarity Coaching with Laura: It's not just as easy as "raising your rates." If you have an underlying belief blocking you from doing so, we have to address that first. Laura joins our weekly group calls to provide support + coaching to work through any limiting beliefs you have. She also hosts quarterly healing sessions to tackle these issues on a deeper level!

1. Audit Your Biz & Set Your Goals: We'll start by going back to the basics: take stock of what you have going on right now, slash unnecessary expenses, & go deep on why you're in business.
2. Market Research the RIGHT Way: We don't understand our businesses if we don't understand our customers. Let's get super crystal clear on EXACTLY how to talk to your ideal clients.
3. Create or Elevate your Brand Story: Based on your market research, let's craft your brand words, brand voice, and mission statement. (Because yes, it really does help to have these.)

1. Create Your Profitable Core Offer & Brand Experience: Where the pricing magic happens!! Let's rebuild + repackage your core service from the ground up and ensure it's priced for profit.
2. Create or Curate Your Brand Visuals: Every single creative business owner really needs to go through a Graphic Design 101 class. This lesson is basically that, but a lot more fun.
3. Sales Call Mindset & Mastery: Making the sale isn't just about your sales or discovery call. It's about the entire process. We'll go the before, during, and after (follow-up) process in this lesson.

Expand
1. Evergreen Content Creation: Social media trends are hard to keep up with. Evergreen content is not. Learn how to start building out your content bank that attracts your ideal clients.
2. Lead Magnet Creation & Delivery: This lesson could also be called Email Marketing Jumpstart. If you don't have an email list, perf, I'll teach you. If you do, let's make sure you're utilizing it to the fullest.
3. Launching Your Profitable Service: Let's create your launch schedule & strategy so that you can market & sell your most profitable service yet!

Support
Every 4 months, we'll cycle through the above lessons on our live group coaching calls: 15-20 minute training, and then open Q&A. Can't catch the live calls? Watch the standalone trainings in the portal!

When are the live coaching calls?
Group coaching calls are on Mondays at 3pm ET (12pm PT) and Wednesdays at 12pm ET (9am PT). Coworking calls vary because members will host them at different times 🤗
What if I'm a brand new biz owner?
This membership is designed for people who already run creative businesses and have worked with clients. It helps you to create your core offer strategically and profitably. If this is your first business or you've taken a major pivot, it might take longer than 90 days!
What if I'm a long-time biz owner?
I find that this membership works well for long-time business owners who still feel like you haven't quite "figured it out" yet. It's a great way to finally get clear on your business model so you can prepare to create additional services or revenue streams.
Is this only for photographers?
Nope! This works for any creative business owner who provides a 1-1 service. Of course I can get into more nitty-gritty stuff for photographers because I am a photographer myself, but we have all kinds of creatives in the Club:
Coaches, copywriters, consultants, bookkeepers, and more!
What about product businesses?
We do have e-commerce product businesses in the club. In the training videos, I speak specifically to service providers. Many of the modules will apply because they are business foundations, but some modules might need more customization. So if you are a product business and you want to join, I'd recommend coming to the live calls + participating in Slack.
What if I don't have an audience yet?
We all started somewhere! You might not have an "audience," but you definitely have a community. I teach community and audience building strategies inside the Club.
How long will this take?
As long as you need it to. Depending on your time commitment + where you are in business, it might take more than 90 days to create & sell your most profitable offer. In the past, members have seen transformation within 90 days, and they stay in the membership after that for the community and support.
Are there refunds?
Because there are digital resources, tools, and templates available inside the Club, there are no refunds. However, there is no minimum monthly commitment and you can cancel any time.
